Kaplaaki Oy has been participated in the installation 400 kV intercontinental high-voltages cabling between Finland and Sweden in 1989 and 2009. In 2002-2007, Finnish Sea Service carried out inspection of earthing and DC transmission cables and four times subsea cable damage locate and repairs by diving.
